H2H- A New Formula for Aid?

There is yet another aid acronym doing the rounds. H2H - humanitarian to humanitarian. This stands for organisations that work with other aid agencies rather than deliver directly to populations. They believe they are like 'start ups' and that that their value is often being overlooked.
