This infographic, developed by the Community of Practice on Community Engagement in the Philippines, maps out everything which needs to be in place to communicate effectively with communities before, during and after a disaster in the Philippines.

It represents visually what materials and relationships need to be prepositioned, what mediums can be used to communicate depending on damage to existing communication channels, what kind of information needs to be communicated, and the role of the community of practice in supporting community engagement.
