CERAH: Thematic Short Course on Dialogue with Communities

CDAC is pleased to be supporting  CERAH’s Thematic Short Course (TSC) on Dialogue with Communities on 16 - 20 April 2018. This course uses lectures, case studies and discussions to enable participants to acquire the tools and skills adapted for effective communication in humanitarian settings.

At the end of the course, the participants will have developed a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of challenges, opportunities and limits of the dialogue with communities, its theoretical bases and its practical implementation with a focus on communication aspects.

Academic credits 2 ECTS, recognized by the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute (IHEID).

Registration: Registration fee is 1,500 CHF, payable upon registration. 

Participants: Mid-level managers with experience or plans to work in conflict and emergency settings. Prerequisites for the course are a university bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and at least 3 years of professional experience.
